The training is addressed to suppliers of advance quality planning and assurance, sales and product management.

After the training, the participants have acquired an overall understanding of LION and its modules:

– CoRe commitment & Review
– QPN-I qualification program New parts integral
– TGS parts generation status

LION General: o prerequisite from costumer requirements

  • baseline data
  • task workflow
  • process-status
  • tasks and part search o authorisation to transfer rights
  • print function

LION TTA:

  • contact person VW group and suppliers
  • recording and approval of appointments
  • automatic appointment acceptance
  • cluster function o interaction with CoRe

LION QPN-I:

  • method of maturity assurance
  • coordination of due dates for individual maturity levels and acceptance of a multi-stage 2 day production
  • processing of the measurement criteria in the theory and practice
  • multi-stage 2 day production

LION TGS:

  • installation and maintenance of part generation stands
  • delivery
  • assessement
  • cluster function

Teilnahmebedingungen

Process knowledge in parts coordination, commitment, part generation stands and Formula Q new parts integral desirable. A user ID is provided for the duration of the training.
